House Downstairs – Hidden cafe at Ghim Moh serving quality food

In the middle of our fast-paced lives, I was glad to discover House Downstairs, a hidden cafe at Ghim Moh in Singapore. The cafe is so discreet that you could almost miss it – even though it is situated right at the entrance of Ulu Pandan CC.

The wooden and rattan elements in the furniture add a cozy vibe to the cafe. The myriad seating options – by the window, or the sofas, or the tables would cater well to everyone – from working professionals or freelancers, to a quick catchup with friends. The well-lit cafe along with its understated aesthetics will make you feel welcome from the moment you enter.

House Downstairs cafe has a simple menu, with inspiration drawn from various cuisines. The menu has quite a few vegetarian options, especially if you compare it with the cafe food scene in Singapore. They also have a variety of crafted blends in coffees, juices and bakes.
