Cauliflower usually makes for a wholesome centerpiece in a salad. This Miso Cauliflower dish consisted of grilled cauliflower, cashew crema, green herb sauce, parmesan, and miso. The green sauce complemented the dish well and brought the salad together – this was definitely interesting to taste.

Esquites, traditionally is the Mexican dish where everything from the corn cob is deconstructed and served as a salad. This Mexican street corn salad consisted of jalapeno, butter, lime and chipotle mayo. The combination of the spices with the zingy dressing made it a delicious starter.

The pizza offerings by Martin’s Kitchen are unique and blend various cuisines together. We tried the pizza with Mexican ingredients which was scrumptious and a perfect amalgamation of a quesadilla with a pizza. This hybrid version consisted of flour tortilla, smoked cheddar, guacamole, tomato, and pico de gallo. The crust was crunchy and light, and the toppings were rich and flavorful. Highly recommended.
For a restaurant offering fusion cuisine, Martin’s Kitchen offers sufficient vegetarian options. The restaurant has a very warm and homely ambiance. Overall, Martin’s Kitchen is definitely worth a visit.
